Jessica Pillion,
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner at Seaport Search Partners, Jessica brings over 15 years of recruiting experience in the software industry. After starting her career in high-tech public relations, Jessica found her passion for helping software companies position themselves to candidates and guiding candidates to find their right next career opportunity.
Prior to joining Kelley at Seaport Search Partners, She spent over 4 years as the first recruiter for Sitecore in North America, leading staffing initiatives to help expand growth and business in all major US markets. Prior to Sitecore, she spent over 8 years at Quest Software, leading and supporting the sales and marketing recruiting during a high growth period.
After moving cross country twice with her husband, Jessica calls the Boston area her home where she currently resides with her husband and two sons. When not recruiting, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach or any sporting event, cooking, playing golf and soccer.
